2. Stop imagining how others will react

We all do it. To find acceptance for yourself, you need to know that you are not alone in struggling with yourself again and again.
13. Accept the fact that we are all “crazy”
We all have a crazy side. Not like wild and crazy, just crazy. If you think that you are the only one who keeps madness hidden within you, then you are absolutely wrong. We all self-monitor our behavior and fight our inner nutcase!

To be comfortable in your own skin, sometimes you have to forgive yourself for things you’ve done in the past. Forgive yourself for not being as thin as you want to be, for losing a friend, or for whatever else you’re holding on to.

You may have been teased when you were younger or your parents were overly critical, so not being comfortable in your own skin may be the cause of your discomfort. To feel comfortable with who you are, you have to let go of your past and stop dragging it into a bright future.
